“I was searching for raw dog food that was not too coarse and less bloody than the food we had fed our dog before . After much research we decided to purchase trial pack from Naturaw. So far it looks to be great quality. Our dog loves it and it’s easy and less messy to use in enrichment toys. As a family we love the fact the the packaging is all recyclable or compostable.”

“Prompt delivery, really nice range of meals, compostable packaging, but the single most important thing for us is the fact that the meals are sourced from high welfare meat. As a family we don’t eat meat, so we really don’t want to abandon our principals around animal welfare when feeding our dog. There are an increasing number of raw dog food providers but very few who can provide any reassurance about the welfare of the animals from which the meat is sourced.”

“Dogs enjoying the food which appears to be of very good quality and is well packaged in an insulated box. It is very hot at the moment and my last delivery was later in the afternoon and some of the outer containers were starting to defrost so maybe DPD could be asked to prioritise next time.”

“The food quality is amazing, packaging and delivery service. Being new to Raw my 2 yr old boxer was funny at meal times but not he’s looking for his food and eats it so quickly ! Only 2 weeks in but so far so good.”

“The food is very good, unfortunately delivery was not. The damaged box was left on the doorstep without a knock, message or any other confirmation of delivery. Luckily, the food was still frozen when I found it.”

“I have been searching for a raw dog food company whose ethos I share: quality British meat, herbs, fruit and veg with identified provenance; passion about animal welfare all through the process; recycling and compostable packaging and mix and match options as variety for my 3 gorgeous dogs. I also need to communicate when have questions. I have found that in Naturaw! My only criticism is that there is nobody to talk to: I love talking about my dogs and would hope that you would too. I hope that as Naturaw grows bigger, you don't lose any of your passion or let your standards drop.”

“We’ve been through most of the raw dog food companies now and settled on Naturaw for good. Seems to be our dog’s favourite, and it feels so much better not getting through loads of plastic in the process!”

“I have 3 dogs at home, all of which are fed on Naturaw. They are all older dogs (one is 13 years old) and still very able and active, i believe because they are raw fed. I managed to convince my daughter to feed her young puppy on Naturaw too. So as you can imagine we get through quite a lot. We order the starter boxes as there is no delivery charge, otherwise it can get quite expensive. My only niggle is when i order 2 large boxes, they are identical. I would prefer if they could be a different mix....but to be honest, the dogs don't care and they are always my priority. The quality of the meat is excellent The packaging is simple and all recyclable. My dogs are all very healthy and happy on Naturaw.”
