“I have a monthly subscription for a patch. I have had this subscription for a long time. Recently the patches have been arriving late, today is the 8th June and I have still not received my order, I have been without the patch for 8 days. I checked my account and noticed that the order was not dispatched until the 1st June and states may take 7 days to deliver! and maybe up to 28 days! On reading this I telephoned Natures Range to ask why the patches aren't sent prior to the 1st of the month so that they arrive just before my previous ones finish. I was informed that they could do nothing about this and that it was down to the warehouse, he also informed me that maybe the stocks had not arrived, he also informed me that the patches were sent second class post. An email would have been appreciated to maybe advise that the patches were going to be delivered late. I was not even given an apology!”
