“I’ve been using mine for about a month. I haven’t been able to use it every day because it has made my skin so sensitive and also dry in certain spots. I tan often and I’m also outside so I read that it can make you sensitivity to the sun so I have bought a moisturizer with spf. Im not sure if it’s normal for my skin to be so sensitive and to be dry. I have tried everything for the dryness and no luck. I canceled the subscription and wanted to continue to see if it got better before I thought about getting more. Is this normal? I have seen some improvement but not liking the redness, dryness and sensitivity. Im using so much stuff on my face to try to stop the dryness that it’s always looking oily and breaking out in spots”

Hello Amanda, thank you for reaching out to us. For the first few weeks, the treatment should be used every 3 days to build a tolerance, and then you can start using every other day or daily if you'd like! The prescription must be used at night only along with a hydrating moisturizer. Peeling and dryness can occur, and is normal. Discontinue for a few days, if you feel any irritation or until you have healed, and then repeat the process, but only 2/3 times a week. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions. “Nava's Spot Correcting Serum has noticeably lightened some of my brown spots that had accumulated over the years. And I like that it absorbs into the skin quickly and doesn't fight with moisturizers and makeup. Another winner: the Revitalizing Eye Cream.”

“I have been using the daily cleanser and moisturizer since February and my skin's texture and tone have improved. And I love using the products! The cleanser creates lots of foam and it rinses easily. The moisturizer is rich but not heavy. Just a little bit goes a long way!”

“Have been using the daily cleanser and eye cream for the past few months and both are great. The cleanser leaves my face feeling fresh but not dried out and the eye cream is very moisturizing but not greasy. I plan to use for a long time.”

“I have struggled with breakouts and uneven skin for years. I tried EVERYTHING. Nothing has helped me like Nava MD. It definitely doesn't happen overnight and you have to trust the process, but it really works. I am so busy, so finding the time to go see a dermatologist was a struggle for me. Doing it all online has been a lifesaver! After 3 months my skin looks amazing, and I just bought their new Radiance Set because I loved the custom treatment so much. The products are such good quality and feel amazing on my skin. 10/10!”

“My skin has honestly never looked better. I’m in my mid-40’s and had started seeing lines and sun spots. A few months in using this, my skin looks great! I found I needed to use a better moisturizer to prevent dryness the first month or so. I’m two months in and will definitely keep using.”
