“Where to start…Trevor Esplin has to be the worst bodge it builder in the North East.
Paid for an extension and it’s a sham…rain water running down my kitchen walls every time it rains…the roof felt was too short so he used expanding foam! Floor got a huge hump..french doors leaking and huge gap blowing a gale through, handles and locks have peeled all plastic coating off…velux windows leak every time it rains and the roof pitch is far too low..so complete new roof needed…other than that it’s great!!
My husband agreed a payment with this clown then got a real builder to do it properly…..I would have preferred taking him to court then send the bailiffs to wipe him out!
Unfortunately…he gave my husband a few grand for a proper builder…shame.
