“Trying to log into the Nectar app was an absolute nightmare! I spent over half an hour repeatedly being kicked out of the app. For a supposedly global and reputable service, this level of incompetence and technical failure is utterly unacceptable and reflects a blatant disregard for customers.
I attempted to reset my password more than a hundred times, only to face a broken and useless system. Even when I received the verification code via email and entered it correctly, the app instantly logged me out without any warning. This not only wasted my time but also caused extreme frustration and mental stress.
The app’s poor functionality and the apparent lack of proper support have severely shattered my trust in Nectar’s quality and reliability. Such atrocious performance drives users away and damages the company’s reputation beyond repair.
Finally, after an hour of frustration and anger, I left the Argos Tottenham Court Road store, abandoning my purchase altogether.
I demand that Nectar’s team urgently fix these catastrophic issues, or they risk permanently losing customers and facing widespread backlash.”
