“normally a good service but received 2 pop up banners this time, one of the bags zipper was poor quality and zip came away Padraig”

Hi John, Natalie from our customer service team had warned a few times that printing from a poor quality scanned file would not turn out good and as such this has been reflected in the output. Unfortunately the print will never turn out good when supplying a scanned copy of a previous printed copy. The paper we use is the industry wide standard and is infact the heavier premium version of NCR paper. Had you required a thicker choice it may have been best to get a quote for the heavier stock. “The staff were excellent and very friendly. The booklets that we ordered were only being put together the evening I collected them, with a tight schedule the night before our wedding this was not ideal, however Natalie was very helpful and looked after us, and only for this I would have rated 'Very Good.'”

“Very, very impressed. The print arrived within 2 days and quality of the paper used and the ink choice is of such a high standard I am surprised it was as cheap as it was. Will definitely use again as I cannot rate "need a print" highly enough.”
