“slow delivery. poor quality paper and finish”

Hi John, Natalie from our customer service team had warned a few times that printing from a poor quality scanned file would not turn out good and as such this has been reflected in the output. Unfortunately the print will never turn out good when supplying a scanned copy of a previous printed copy. The paper we use is the industry wide standard and is infact the heavier premium version of NCR paper. Had you required a thicker choice it may have been best to get a quote for the heavier stock.
