“My account was suddenly restricted, disabling withdrawals and limiting access without any prior warning. Attempts to resolve the issue internally resulted in vague responses and no progress. At that point, I turned to U.R.F, led by Unique Services. Their team conducted a methodical review, identified the compliance error causing the freeze, and implemented a resolution efficiently. Access was restored, and preventative measures were added to protect the account going forward.”

“I cannot speak highly enough of Negative Equity. Their guidance and expertise helped us navigate having a shortfall with our mortgage and made what was a very stressful situation much less stressful and more manageable. They explained everything clearly up front and were clear about how long everything would take. We would never have been able to do what they did ourselves. It was well worth the money to Negative Equity to get the outcome we did which was having the majority of the debt written off. We are so grateful to Tom, Billy, Ciara and the whole team and I definitely recommend them to anyone.”

“Billy and his team have made this 10 year headache disappear by showing me and helping me find an end to this nightmare. “I have a buy to let property that had turned into a financial disaster after 18 years in negative equity. “I contacted Negative Equity UK/CD Fairfield out of desperation. I owned a heavily-mortgaged buy-to-let property with a huge amount of negative equity. At first, I thought they were too good to be true and I could be ripped off in some way. I took a chance because I didn't have any other options. And they were brilliant. They stopped the nightmare, supporting me and guiding me at every step, whilst working on the complicated legal aspects of my situation. Fairfield negotiated an affordable lump-sum IVA and managed the whole process, working behind the scenes. At the same time, I was directed to surrender my property. They were wonderful in communicating with me and helped me to cope with my many worries and queries - I have been the most needy client ever. They are also incredibly sharp and expert in their field. The process is long, but having Fairfield working on my case, meant that the burden was eased along the way. They saved me around £50K in total - well-worth the fees, in my opinion. Without Fairfield, I would have been paying this debt off for the rest of my life or I would have had to sell the family home. I am so grateful to them.”
