“First time using Neil Sullivan & Son. Disappointed with service ordered 3 ton of type one aggregate on a Monday to be delivered Friday ready to get cracking over the bank holiday weekend. Received a phone call telling me there was a problem with one of there lorries and my delivery would not be happening on Friday as planned, I was advised they would delivery on bank holiday Monday between 9 and 12 waited in all morning eventually turned up at 3.15pm very disappointing.”

“My first time using Neil Sullivan, placed order,received a phone call within the hour to confirm date and any instructions needed for delivery, extremely friendly. Day of delivery received a call from the delivery driver reconfirming where i would like bulk bag placed (as I couldn't be at home for delivery), again extremely friendly. Price for bulk bag was the best value I could find locally and that included delivery which was also great value. All in all a great experience and would highly recommend them. Wayne, Harlow.”

“Had a delivery of concrete on 8 th May it was on time and at a great price . The delivery driver was very helpful and even gave a hand in laying the concrete. Nothing was to much trouble , great friendly service will use again , highly recommended. Mark”

“They were unable to deliver the amount of ready mix concrete we purchased due to them having insufficient vehicles on the day. This was despite having days to either tell us they could not deliver it or get a vehicle, which meant we couldn't do the work required for our customer.”

“I’m not one to complain normally but I ordered 10 tonne of recycled crushed concrete. Delivery was spot on came next day and price was ok too but there was so much soil in the crushed concrete after spending all day getting it round the back garden it was so boggy still I couldn’t even use a whacker on it without laying ply down still. Ground is like a bog now so I’m going to have to order a better product so I’m going to out of pocket and waste of my time laying it 😡😡”
