“The customer service team do not provide the right service. Worth spending more on better quality clothes and getting the right customer service support.
They mislead when making purchases. I ordered in April 2024 and had no import tax with the delivery. The order I did this month had a £100 import tax come through after I paid delivery and tax on the order.
Most companies will show this when you pay for the order. Yet they’re quite happy to take an order knowing they will make you pay loads of tax for bad quality clothes afterwards.
Then they will refuse to help with a refund or sending it back. Most customer services would have provided a goodwill refund, seeing as the small print is hardly visible or clear when you go to confirm the order.
Warning all customers to not purchase from here.”
“Everything would be fine, except that they haven't send me any return label, nor invoice, so it seems that they do not provide the possibility to return the item even though they they claim that they do...If they won't send me the return label I will inform appropriate institutions about them, cause they violate customer's rights.”

They charge the return fee, for the first item 10€ and for the second item 20€ this is the most inappropriate behavior, I can't even believe it!!!

“I ordered some evening clothes from nelly. The quality was bad and the dresses were from India/China. But that's not even the matter. Nelly.com forgot to declare the shipping costs and that's why I had to pay customs duties and additional fees for UPS. The cost of the cloths were 120 USD and I had to pay 80 USD extra charges because of their fault.
So if you live in Switzerland, do not buy there!”
