“I took building and contents insurance for my 92 year old mother who had never in all her life made a claim.September last year her flat roof over the kitchen started to,leak due to the wind and also,the heavy rain .it ruined the ceiling paper and for her this was so stressful.She had buckets and containers all around the kitchen worktops.Eventually on the. 13 th Oct 2019 she died.Noes wouldn't pay her claim i.e. the repair of the flat roof.shocking company made up of uncaring staff.one put the phone down on me.”
