The email offered a £35 discount if you ordered 130+. I ordered 300 - no discount and no promotional code on line. The site said "Next day delivery". Never happened. Arrived after 3 days after I contacted them to find out where my delivery was. So a completely misleading , possibly dishonest promotional offer.

The only reason I've kept my account active with an auto delivery each month is I have this expensive machine that only accepts genuine Nespresso cartridges.

Horrible low end delivery service keeps making the same mistake over again. Cannot deliver to the right address and then hours of dealing with customer service. The service deliver company is as bad as Nespresso. I feel like they do not care. Done with them even though I love the coffee. They make make it too hard to get to preserve their margin. I will find a better and more accessible option

Nespresso might be losing a customer over this as I have asked them not to use this delivery service for my orders.

FYI! Nespresso commitment is zero about orders delivery, they do not follow their delivery options, Also, they have set expedited same day delivery for orders above$125.00 which never showed up at their check out screen. please be on lookout for this!

It was it was a skit from Fawlty Towers!! I was supposed to have far delivery & still waiting - it was due earlier on the day & the driver *thinks* he’ll be able to deliver at 8.

Called three times after a delivery came with half the order I made… been put in a queue for 1.5 hours.. no one answered. Called next day 1.2 hours… nothing. Used the WhatsApp- nothing. The only way to buy the capsules (been doing it for the last 5 years) is through the website… Just putting my Nespresso machine on eBay and never again falling on this trap!
