About PILOT:

Having first opened it's doors in 1984 Pilot has been at the for front of men's and women's fashion in the Midlands.

The shop has occupied some of the most historical building in the centre of Leicester and it now resided in an old pharmacy on the High Street.
The mission of the shop through out the years has been to outfit the local population in hard to find forward thinking fashion and now the online store has taken this ethic to a wider audience worldwide.
Pilot the online store was established over ten years ago and in that time we have seen the website grow from a small site with a few brands on it to the multi branded store we have now.

yo was overcharged on my last purchase http://www.netclothing.net/sales/order/view/order_id/12106/ invoice shows 150 euro, thats including shipping which is about 250 New Zealand dollars, but i was charged 350 New Zealand dollars onto my credit card which is too much money. I will have to return product as i will get taxed heaps when arrives at airport as it is over 300 nz dollars cheers Lochy

As an international customer, I'd hope the shipping cost can be lower. Compare with other English clothes website . Yours shipping is a lot higher !

Unable to comment much on the product (A Paul Smith beach towel) as the product took longer than the next day delivery I payed extra for and now I'm working away. Other than that lax service, the packaging was alright and the price was competitive.

Was very impressed with the speedy delivery, but unfortunately I was disapointed with the quality of the product. The collar of the Diesal cardigan I bought is uneven, and for £100 (reduced from £200) I expect better. Obviously Pilot are not involved in the manufacture of the product, which is why I've given them a rating of normal. I will be returning the product.

2 out of the 4 items I ordered you didn't have in stock but you still took the full amount of money before offering a refund.

Tax in Taiwan is very expensive, so I suggest to add the delivery method - postal service for lower cost and also can help the end user avoid the tax.

I selected next say delivery and paid extra to do so. However my order has yet two arrive after being ordered on Tuesday 19th February

Very nice cardigan, unfortunately the thread arrived snagged on one arm. Net Clothing did very kindly offer a full refund, but as this was the last one, couldn't offer an exchange and didn't reply to a suggestion that if got the snag fixed locally they might contribute to the repair. Overall a good initial experience slightly let down by the follow on.

I ordered two items but before they arrived, the monetary value of one of the items was inexplicably refunded to my account. The item is still on sale on the website and was in one size only, so don't think its out of stock. The receipt within the parcel had the item scored through with a pen, but I haven't received any explanation as to why. Other than that, the website does have a good selection and decent prices compared with others.
