“ Auto took an old address with a payment app they use. Contacted them immediately to change this, as the offer no way possible of changing the delivery address online. No response for days - really slow and poor customer service. The parcel got delivered (a 16kg kettlebell) Said there was nothing they could do about it and it was all my fault. Would avoid them at all costs. ”
