I purchased a new net from them right then because I couldn’t wait for the original netting to get back to their warehouse for inspection of net for the refund to be issued.

Frustrated, I wanted to return the product and receive a refund, but they started making excuses, claiming that I had installed it incorrectly or that my kids were responsible for the damage.

Really poor customer services. Have sent my parcel back via post office for a refund and have proof of this. Net world is refusing to give me a refund or a item in exchange. Been chasing for months now and there blaming me! When they have lost my return and still refusing to refund my order or let me speak to a manager

It was for a gift and wasn’t fit to give to the recipient so I emailed Networld Sports and asked to return it assuming that would be fairly straightforward- I’d been sent items unfit for sale so should be able to get a refund.

THEY TOOK $3000 from for a ball launcher and I never received WHAT I PAID FOR. THEY WONT REFUND ME MONEY THEY DONT HAVE THE PARTS FIRST THEY SAY PARTS WERE LOST IN THE MAIL NOW THEY SAY THEY DINT HAVE THEM. CROOKS WATCH OUT YOU WILL SEE OVER AND OVER 28 EMAILS I GIT THE RUN AROUND!!

Horrible and most likely a fraudulent company. I finally contacted my credit card/bank and filed a fraud claim to receive a refund after an item I ordered didn't arrive for two months. Avoid doing business with this company.

They stated that the damage does not affect the use of the goal… granted, but you wouldn’t accept a new car with a dented door panel would you!?! They first offered to refund me 10%, then they tried offering me a 20% discount code and now they have gone quiet and are not replying to my emails.
