They should have gotten feedback from customers before implementing a severe reduction in customer service and utility.

Due to studying my family isn’t living in the same place anymore and now the family account isn’t allowing the members of the family who don’t permanently live with me to make use of the “family” account!!?? I’m paying for the service and not getting my money worth.

Called Customer service (Tina claimed to be a supervisor) and got no help and the agents would not take my question up the ladder to a manager that might have an answer to my question.

If you ring Netflix customer service an idiom is apparently trained to talk over you until you hang up. If you use their chat another idiot is trained to make you repeat yourself until you give up. Good call Netflix, I'll gladly support any or all of your competitors. Amazon, rot instance has outstanding customer service. I'll never use Netflix again and will throw a party when they go down the plughole.

I spoke with a customer support specialist today about a year long issue and was told that it was basically my fault for thinking that the previous Netflix customer service representative did their job.

58 since my account was compromised when Netflix had their servers hacked and account information stolen and my card was reactivated and services were not used.
