They will not replace leads where no one returns calls or answers the phone? It's not a lead if you call within a couple of minutes and never get in touch with them.

“The leads are mediocre. The customer support is a joke. Even when you sign up, and pay up-front, you'll see that Networx is trying to milk companies for as much as possible. Leads are sold to numerous companies, at once, while you'll continue to get ads for "Opportunities." Basically, you wait days for leads that you already paid for - while seeing leads be sold elsewhere as "opportunities." In two weeks, we got 5 leads. Half of them didn't qualify, while we got "8 opportunities" to purchase within 1 day? We have about $700 in our budget and can't even see a normal lead come through. When calling, I got a rude/useless rep. I asked to speak with a manager, and still haven't been contacted by "Todd." Awful company”
“I signed my company up. Networx required 600USD to sign up. When I was dissatisfied with their services later, they refused to refund the remaining 463.00USD saying they don’t issue refunds in cash. I could have my “refund” in leads, however. Do not use. Not morally sound.”

“Contacted them thru e mail. Received a virus. And held ransom. With the virus company. Had to pay them 150 dollars for them to restore access to my computer. They charge for leads. As they please and cannot Coustmer. They charge you outrageously. And will not refund.”
“Quite a few referrals to me. Picked Jose Gonzalez to build new fence and new roof with trellis for patio after storms took massive trees down. Reasonable price. Excellent work even stayed to 9.10pm to finish. Very pleased. Returning in daylight to cleannup. I will use him again as needed.”

The contractor site won't allow any change or addition either. I am very disappointed in this. For this reason, I will seriously consider whether I will accept any referrals from Networx in the future.”
