“Excellent gel, has brought me back from the dead a few times, no stomach issues, I like that its a bit thinner. I gavev4 star because the packaging doesn't bode well for on the fly usage. Needs to be simpler. I actually put mine into a squeeze bottle before I ride”

We're so happy to hear you find it to be an excellent gel that has "revived" you, didn't provide any stomach issues, and has a thin consistency that would make it easier to ingest. In the future we are open to providing smaller packages that are smaller. For now, thank you for the lovely message. It's always appreciated. :)

“Great products, easy to suggest. Glad for bigger gel sizes, wish the packaging were a little easier to fit into a bento box or race belt, but still really enjoying all their stuff.”

“LOVE the gels, but the drink mix was not great for me. The flavor of the gels is SO good that it sets the bar very high, and I did not think the drink mix tasted as good. Sort of a funny aftertaste. Went down easy though, and was a great way to add more carbs to the mix so no complaints on the performance side.”

As for the mix, it's not meant to taste as amazing as our gels, it's supposed to be palatable to get you through training sessions and races. “I really enjoy the product but one of the pouches opened during shipping so it was pretty sticky but otherwise I received it pretty quickly and would totally recommend it.”

“I really like your products and I am a big fan overall. The colours, the ingredients, the packaging, the taste, the shipping speed - that is great and gives me the feeling that I found the right nutrition partner for my upcoming trail ultra races. However, my last order was damaged and packages where leaking, that's why I dont want to give the full rating. The customer support indeed was great!”

“The product is amazing. Customer support is lacking. I made a mistake on the shipping address and sent two separate messages to customer support's email address requesting assistance and received no response. My mistake on the address, absolutely. No response from Neversecond is unacceptable.”
