“Can't fault New Look Loans. I have bad credit and had been turned down for loans previously. New look loans found me finance within my budget for the car I needed. Hassle free process from start to finish with one allocated advisor, I recieved excellent service from Tony who liaised with the dealer on my behalf and kept me informed at every step. Would reccommend and use again.”

“I was particularly impressed with the manors, professionalism and customer service I received from Molly Hurst. As I work in customer service myself I personally believe that Molly should be next in line for a promotion. “Excellent customer service. Adam Good was my advisor and he was very informative, explained everything in thorough detail. My availability too be on the phone was limited, Adam made this easier and kept me up to date via text and email. Very supportive and helpful when choosing a car. Made the effort to find a car that was local to me also. Can’t fault the service, extremely happy.”
