“I tried to withdraw money from my account for nearly three months, but they kept telling me it was "processing." Seriously, how long does it take to process? There’s no trusting a company that holds onto your money, promises it'll arrive shortly, and three months later, you’re still empty-handed. Yet, they kept trying to convince me to use more of their services and send them even more money. “Don't answer the phone,don't call back after leaving a voicemail,don't respond to text messages and full of false promises after obtaining lots of personal information. Very suspicious about this company and will be passing on my experience to the FCA!”

Thank you for taking the time to review our company Mr Crowson and I'm sorry that you feel that we have not achieved our usual high standards of service. As you know we are a motor finance broker and occassionally we get instances where are 30+ finance lenders say no to some customers. Of course I am disappointed that they have declined you but these things are a part of life. I am pleased for you that you have been accepted elsewhere and you enjoy your new vehicle. “Sent in application and got call following day and was asked to send in last 2 months wage slips. Sent in 2 months wage slips and got email saying they only got 2 weeks. Resent wage slips and explained it to them. Got no answer and then when I contacted them they said did not have them. Sent wage slips again and gave heard nothing for days. Very poor service”
