“I feel the customer service from Adam was 5/5. He reassured me and kept me in the loop. He got me the best prices for my new car even if I did change my mind a couple of times! I am so thankful and relieved I had Adam as my consultant through out! Thank you so much!”

“Adam was absolutely superb. Helped me through my application. Even when things went wrong in the application he found a way to resolve the matter quickly and efficiently. Adam made me feel at ease during the whole process and had my car ready for collection within 3 days! This man is a saint :) thank you Adam x”

“Can't rate New Look Loans highly enough - the service they provided (especially Adam) was faultless. I'd a provisional loan offer made by another company, but spoke to Adam and not only did he manage to beat the deal I'd been offered elsewhere, but he got me a firm offer (which was important as the car I was going to see was quite a distance away from home). I don't like using the phone that much, but Adam was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend using them in the future”

“Emily was very ,very nice. She was very professional from start to finish. When I was having problems with my Esign link ,Emily was really patient with me ,even when it took me 3 attempts to get it right. I am very pleased with the service and thrilled with my new car. Thanks”

“I was told by main dealers that I couldn’t get car finance or that if I did they got me 39.9% but Tony managed to secure me a much better rate meaning I was able to afford the car a really wanted. Tony’s communication was amazing and made the whole process stress free for me! Thank you once again Tony”

“My agent Tony & his colleagues were all very pleasant, professional & dealt with everything effectively.
