They will use every trick in the book to entice you in, collect your deposits for themselves, and then vanish with the last penny. When I eventually found S_I_M_O_N_C_H.C_O_M, my attempt to get my money back was successful. After working on my issue for a few weeks, he resolved it quickly and professionally and gave me my full refund.

I had a refund on 11th of july and they processed on 6th October... customers service very unprofessional.

i have an acknowledged £300+ credit which they refuse to refund. Constant of promises of 'in 5 days, in 48 hours' etc. but nothing happens - despite repeated call to their website. i feel i am dealing with a dodgy lone shark - not HSBC

Several weeks later I retuned an item to Amazon for a refund.

They send you letters to tell you to call them for a refund if you are in credit (their mistake).

I had a credit card with Laura Ashley as it gave me an extra 10% off my sofa I paid the deposit with the new day card and Laura Ashley went into administration the next day, under the terms of the credit card agreement New day were liable to refund my deposit.

Awful customer service. They made errors in a chargeback claim, then more errors by closing it even though the other company accepted the refund chargeback. Spoke to an advisor who said she could not give me information why the chargeback was refused even though the company accepted the refund??? Save yourself stress and Avoid this company!! I will be complaining to ombudsman.
