We have had a fraud claim on out account since May 2025, we have made 5 calls to try and get this resolved, spoken to 4 different Customer Service agents and everyone has told us a different procedure with no resolution 6 weeks later! The latest agent said the only way to try and get this resolved is for her to log a complaint against the dispute team - they would not even pass us through to a manager to discuss - staggering in todays world of financial scammers and fraud

The service provided by Newday credit card is worse than appalling! For a start they shut shop at 8pm and if you try to make a transaction after this time to a supplier you haven't used before it's more than likely you'll get your card locked.

Terrible customer service spoke to lee a contact service manager who would not arrange charge back of money he took from me for a machine that was in someone elses name.

I attempted to recover the cost I paid for a service that was not done properly. Despite supplying all the necessary evidence, my claim was declined by the credit card company.
