“New look sold my daughter a gift card that doesnt work then instead of replying to her request for help the CEO office blocked her after she emailed several times complaining. Shameful.”
“Beyond disappointed to discover Newlook has followed trend and seem to only now display the slimmer sizes of clothing. Forcing the average-larger sized shopper to seek an emplyee and request their size as though it is a special requirement. Where as before i particularly desired it for its diversity and capability to cater for all types of females - large, regular, slim or tall. The same being for the lack of stocking bigger sized shoes/boots.”
