“I cannot find Dettol in Germany so ordered 4 bottles of Dettol online from Newpharma.de and paid over 45 euros. Only 1 bottle of Dettol came with the package, so I contacted their customer service team for the missing 3 bottles.
I got an email reply today (from Trecie) that after their analysis what I received corresponds to what I originally ordered, so they cannot help me further (???).
Yes they did send me the right product, but in the wrong quantity!
I am pregnant right now and need to rely on online purchases, but their customer service is just ridiculous. I cannot believe they did not send the right amount of items and then said they cannot help me.
So please beware and do not buy from them. If there are problems with the items you receive, they will just tell you they cannot help you.”
