“I purchased this app and have had issues from the beginning. The company does not provide a number to call so any questions would be done through emails . I contacted them for 3 days to check on the progress of my issues . I received a bunch of generic responses to “restart “ my device as well as my child’s device. Nothing worked ! 2days Ago someone finally said that the app does not fully work with IOS Systems.
I seek an alternative and found JOSE who gave me access to my child iPhone with just my child phone number without providing the iCloud credentials JOSE team is the best.
