“You're better off ordering direct from AO as their goods are supplied by AO anyway. I didn't appreciate the sales call I received from Next appliances after I placed my order trying to get me to purchase their protection plan. The guy I spoke to was so vague and confusing that I nearly agreed to it without realising.”
