“The tyre was delivered within 18hrs of placing my order - as their name suggests the 'Next Day'. Unfortunately, due to incorrect packaging details, the tyre was the wrong size. After using the on-line Returns system, I received an email to say they were very sorry for the mistake, the correct tyre is being sent out with a pre-paid envelope to return the wrong tyre - just pop it into a post office. Although it was disappointing to receive the wrong tyre, the way in which Next Day tyres reacted and resolved the issue so swiftly can not be faulted. Excellent efficient service. Have used them in the past and will be using them again. I always recommend Next Day tyres to other MTB bikers as the first place to go to for tyres.”

“Was unsure about using next day tyres as I'd not heard of them before and their site did not look the best but they were the only company that had the 650b Minion DHF in stock. Now I can't recommend them enough awesome service next day delivery I will definitely use them in future.”

“Totally recommended! I phoned after five on a Friday evening looking for some very specific MTB tyres. I was directed to the website to order and pay for the tyres, and the assistant that I spoke to said that he would look out for my order and ensure that it made the cut off for the post that evening! It did. I live near to Glasgow, and the tyres arrived the next day. I expected to see them on the Monday or Tuesday - the fact that they arrived on the Saturday was a total bonus. There was no extra charge for this - this was simply exemplary service from a small and specialist outfit. The tyres were actually on special too - but this wasn't what attracted me to the site; it was the availability of the tyres that I wanted and the promise of a speedy delivery that were the main factors in going with this firm. I unreservedly recommend nextdaytyres to you!”
