“Customer service is bad, I called for some advice on the new Addix range and the chap on the other line was short, ill tempered and dismissive, won't be recommending.”

“Delivery was fine. But part of the item was not complete (missing seal)and an enquiry about rectifiying it went unresolved which was unsatisfactory as it was not a cheap item.”
