“Avoid this scam company. They take your money and then you hear nothing from them for months on end. After 12 months I started chasing them. All you ever get is a request to call back. Then when you call back you get told to call back again.
Recently they changed the lie they tell when you call. They say "Oh the case officer and the council person have come to an agreement but we don't know what it is...we'll get the case officer to call you" ...and then you hear nothing again.
Save your money and use anyone else if you want to actually see a change in your business rates.”
