“Buyer Beware:
I ordered what I thought was an outdoor front mat. When I received it it was in no way what I thought. It was cheaply made and they had folded the mat making it look awful and It wouldn’t lie flat on the ground. I contacted customer service to return the item per the return policy on the website. Customer gave me the run around and refused to honor my return. After going back and forth they offered me a 15% return. I then reached out to the seller thru PayPal and was given a bunch of excuses for why they would not return the item. The issue was never resolved, my return was never honored and I’m stuck with this cheap ugly Halloween rug now. I have reported this company to the FTC for fraud especially after seeing other reviews from other buyers who are stating they did not receive a refund or an exchange on damaged items. I will never shop from this company again and do not recommend anyone shop there.”
