“This Company are scammers, they take your payment for goods online, no intention of sending them out. Then they ghost you and won’t answer emails, messages, calls or letters, I have tried them all. Now Reported to bank and Companies house & taking legal advice. Shame on you!!!!! Disgusting to take peoples money and not refund when asked when cost of living crisis means people can not afford to buy goods again for Christmas! Do Not buy from this Company!!”
“Ordered and paid for three items in November, only two were delivered. The information on the order status was pending for the third item hasn't ever come. This was a Christmas present for my son. I emailed the company twice and I have had no reply, there is no phone number provided on the site.
