“I was running out of my CND shellac in negligee, ordered from that website. Arrived but the colour looks a lot different. I am not it is genuine.”

“Do not use this company. Order arrived late outside 14 day return window despite website saying would be delivered in 3-5 days. Would not respond to emails after delivery although managed to beforehand. Thankfully ordered through Paypal who refunded me. What a shoddy operation!”

“It’s taken a month for my order to arrive. I will be returning items and requesting a refund. Totally unacceptable when running a business and clients asking for specific colours. I had to source products elsewhere. Will not be using this company again zero stars!”

“My item never came , tried reaching out to the seller multiple times and had no contact back wouldn’t even give 1 star. Have had to get a refund from PayPal as the seller even after 15 days was still not responded.”

“Extremely disappointed with this company. Placed order 3rd May and still waiting! Order status says processing. Sent numerous emails with no response at all. Taken my money too. Have used them in the past with no problem. Looking on companies house owners have changed hands last year. Have to now find a way to get my money back!”

“Ordered OPI nail polish on 30th April. Got order confirmation. Website said would be dispatched next day. No sign of polish and no replies to emails or via their website. Took my money quick enough. Will have to try to get back by credit card. Will never use them again.”

“I ordered a product over 2 weeks ago and it hasn’t arrived nor have I had a dispatch email. The money has also been taken from my account. I have tried to get in touch via the website and email on numerous occasions but not heard anything. I have used you a lot to purchase CND products but I won’t be using you again.”

“If i could leave a zero I would. Took my money, no sign of my items after nearly 2 weeks waiting. Does not respond to emails. I am absolutely fumin with the terrible customer service. I do not recommend.”

“Do not use, I'm not sure the website is even legit! Ordered and paid for Dpd next day service as Royal mail is slower atm. Emailed 3 times with no reply and goods were only dispatched Thursday after ordered a week before hand. Dpd only received parcel today. So over a week after ordering. They are charging extra for this services and then not actually even despatching the goods. The fact that no one can reply even out of curiosity!”

“I've always found this company and their products fine. However I placed an order on the 8th December. I haven't received it. I've emailed them and had no response. I know deliveries services are literally out of control but that doesn't mean you should ignore your customers. Disappointed.”

“I ordered a cnd shellac nail polish, which is gloopy and it won’t cure. Based on how the bottle looks, I think this is fake. I contacted their customer support and haven’t received any response.”

Hi, this has all been dealt with over email. You sent an email and only gave us 2 hours to reply before a 1 star review. Because of lockdown again orders and questions have doubled and as such we are not able to reply instantly. We have asked you if you are now happy but have had no reply. Kind regards NP

“The colour does not look at all like the photo its much more brighter and i hate it, on the website also the quality is real bad”

Hi, thank you for taking the time to write a review. I have looked into this for you and I can see the image we have on the website is identical give or take camera lighting and nail preparation to all the other images of the Shellac which you can find on Instagram, Google search, facebook etc. We have sold over 200 bottles of this colour and this is the first complaint we have heard of. Had you of called or emailed you could have spoken to our in house nail technician who would have gone through how you have done your nails and tried to figure why you have not got the result that our other customers have. We have tried to reach out personally but the number given does not appear to be correct. If you would like to call and discuss this in more detail we would be delighted to help you. Hi Robert, We have tried privately to ask you to amend your review but you have not replied to our emails. You ordered at 00:21 on the 20th of May, this was despatched on the same day via your chosen delivery method and was signed for on the 26th of May. I have apologised that this has taken a day or two longer than usual and have shown you the Royal Mail tracking information that shows you we have done everything we could have to get your item to you as fast as possible. At the moment due to Covid, Royal Mail are taking longer and we display this at the top of our website. We could not have done anything more.
