“These people are not to be trusted. There is a good chance they will take your money and leave you without a completed kitchen, as they have with us - even though we paid in full over a year ago. Our kitchen fitter (who has done a great job with the units) was recommended by Niche Kitchens but he won't work with them anymore because they conned him out of some money. Their worktop supplier have had continual problems with them and have withdrawn credit facilities to them because they don't pay their bills. They will not answer your emails or phone calls once you have paid them and and you want to know where your kitchen is.
They have good people skills and seem charming but they will smile at you and tell you barefaced lies, and they seem not to care about the stress and anxiety they put you through.
Having said all that, the quality of the Schüller kitchen is excellent and Marcela Freitas did a good design, but their business practices are appalling. Avoid them like the plague, so you don't end up having to take them to court as we are.”
