I ordered the night vision glasses on 12/19/24 and never received the product. The confirmation emails never gave a tracking number. My phone calls have been unanswered and I get the same automated email response that says (Due to the higher than normal email requests they can not get to everyone and that they assure me that I am their priority)
3 weeks with no communication or response is unacceptable business practices. Very bad business.”

“Absolutely disgusting customer service, item I received was faulty and 2 weeks later I am still waiting for a replacement despite constantly chasing them up. I've been lied to and ignored repeatedly. If the matter is not dealt with soon or refunded in full I shall be opening a PayPal dispute and reporting them to trading standards. Avoid at all costs and do not do business with this shoddy little outfit!”
