“I Ordered a pair of Lovely Green Boots as advertised with pictures on their website and I received a pair of Black Boots which I returned, I was not reimbursed the return postage and am not happy as this is obviously a case of False Advertising, surely as a customer you should receive what you see in the advert? Most unhelpful customer service”
