Damaged furniture. No telephone number or live chat available. No response to emails other than automated replies stating customer service will respond within 48 hours, which of course they do not. Still waiting for response. Have not ordered from them before and will not again.

This is a WARNING! Do not waste your time, the customer service received was so incompetent that my child went without a bed for 10nights after a simple request to replace a missing parcel.

Customer service did notify me that my delivery was a split so I was expecting my item to be delivered the next day especially as I paid extra for next day delivery.

The bunkbed is nice and easy to put together. My toddler loves it. However customer service has been awful. Mattress bought with bed to go on top bunk does not fit correctly which makes limbs slipping inbetween slats an issue. Customer service explained its meant to be that way and they are not interested in safety, returns at my cost only. Just be careful what you order and hope you don't have to contact customer service.

I don’t even know where to start! Terrible company terrible service! Ordered a bed on a buy now pay later, it was not, they straight away took the money from my account! I emailed which they ignored, I then emailed again straight away saying I no longer wanted the product, they also ignored this, they then went on to send the product anyway with still no communication which I had said I no longer wanted charging me £30 for this delivery.

The customer service has been terrible, takes an age for them to reply if at all only for them then to ignore you again for days until you chance them up.
