“ I ordered a top, unfortunately it was such a bad shape that it looked awful on me so I sent it back. I received a refund of £9 less than I'd paid. I queried this only to receive an email saying that I had been charged a £4 return fee and a £5 handling charge Wow! I'm not sure how Nobody's Child has any customers as it's definitely put me off ordering ever again ”

“ Have raised the issue with nobody’s child to look into and provide me with a full refund. ”

“ Terrible customer service and breaking consumer rights! Ordered a dress which was bobbling after an hours wear despite following proper care instructions. Nobodys child refusing to honour a refund despite being legally obliged to. Dress made of cheap nasty polyester. Another greenwashing scam of a company probably going under and trying to cling to ever penny even if they are acting unlawfully! Will never shop here or recommend again. ”

“ Terrible refund service. Tried several times to generate a returns label but portal will not accept my legitimate order number. Have emailed twice but no response after a week. I will never order from this company again. ”

“ Similar to other customers, I needed to return a dress due to sizing that was off, and the return label from DHL they offered was not accepted in my town. I asked for an alternative option and they said no and would not refund my order. I'm out $80. They need to not ship to US locations that don't accept DHL. ”
