They take money for “environmental” fees and also for returns, which ends up costing around £8 in total.

R I’m really disappointed with this company’s return policy. The return window is ridiculously short, and the costs to send items back are outrageously high. It feels like they make returns as difficult as possible. Definitely not a customer-friendly experience.

In contrast, four other companies I contacted—including M&S, who interestingly are part owners of Nobody’s Child—responded with understanding and compassion, processing returns without hesitation.

Very poor customer service unable to generate qr code and have messaged continually for past 3 weeks and still waiting prob won’t get to return as past time stated fir returns now.. Would never order from them again

Terrible refund service. Tried several times to generate a returns label but portal will not accept my legitimate order number. Have emailed twice but no response after a week. I will never order from this company again.

It did get lost in the post but PO said they are liable as they provided returns label.

I am still awaiting a refund, on two items, returned. Noticed on the website, we won’t advise you, when the refund is returned to you, you will know, when it arrives back in your account, or words to that affect!! Definitely would put me of purchasing anything from the website again. Would suggest, if you like an item try to purchase from M&S, no problem with returns.

Lovely dresses but this is the second time had to chase up returns , After month of sending items back. Sadly won’t be ordering again due to this

Love the style but sadly won’t be ordering from them again. Their returns are non existent. I’ve sent several items back and had absolutely no refund after well over a month. They’ve not acknowledged receipt of the return or anything they now owe me around £200. Disgusting service. They say they’re a small team but they’re in M&S and Next etc so they should spend some of our money on staffing properly.

Free returns are a bonus but eight days later I’m still waiting on a return.
