If I could give this company - stars I would. DO NOT ORDER and I repeat DO NOT ORDER shoes from this company. IF you receive them it will be a miracle. There is NO LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE. You will likely have to work with your credit card company for a refund. Just TERRIBLE. This company is awful and basically stealing money from consumers!

All 3 gave me form responses, and by the time they offered a refund I felt like I was going to end up with no refund and no shoes, so I just kept the wrong shoes because I was starting to get scammy vibes and I didn't trust they'd follow through on the refund.

Really poor customer service. Online ordering is broken. 6 support request to simply get my order attached to my account. Shoes were wrong size. Return process broken. They acknowledged receipt of my return. 2 weeks later, still waiting for refund. Probably need another 6 support contact. Rather call my Amex and have them deal with them. Nobull No thanks. I will stick to Ecco.
