At first, they started giving excuses of delays in shipping then I figured out that they gave me a wrong shipping number. Now they stopped answering me and obviously refusing to refund the money… waste of time and money.”

“The website lists prices of their very expensive rugs fictitious sale prices. When you try and buy the items they move into the basket the price in flights with no warning by hundreds of pounds. Luckily, I took screenshots and challenged the company and they first promised to honor the prices. Surprise surprise they then changed their mind and never answer their phone.”
