“I made this order on 1/19/2026. According to the shipment tracking link on my order confirmation my order has been ready for shipment since 1/19. I emailed the company on 2/6 asking for an update and have not heard back. Then today I get this request to write a review. So, here's your review. They took my money and didn't deliver the product.
