The item was intended to be a birthday gift for this Sunday, so I am becoming concerned about whether it will arrive in time. What I find rather surprising is that I have already received an email asking me to review the product, even though I have not received it yet.”

“Ordrered a week ago (26.05), still not delivered.
I received a notification that the shipment was sent on the same day, but tracking was not working but finally ended working yesterday (01.06) after I contacted support... To my surprise, first tracking info was from 01.06.... So I am a bit confused about the fact that it seems the package was not shipped on the same day but rather 6 days after... even though on the website it was indicated that it would be shipped on the same day...
Update 05 June: I just received the delivery… only one out of the two items were in the package ! I ordered the Motor - Duo package. Only one pair of earplugs was shipped… definitely not a good expérience as a new customer.”
