“Not good at all. I placed an order on the 30th of June. It hadn't been shipped by the 15th July so I emailed to see if there was an issue. No reply to that email so I emailed again to ask again if there was an issue. No reply again. Very poor customer service and I will be requesting a charge back on the payment. Can't recommend at all.”

Hi David, we haven't received any emails from you, so there must be a problem with our system receiving your emails, we are very sorry about that, very frustrating. I am not sure why your order has not been shipped, but I will pick it up with our warehouse team tomorrow and find out what the holdup is. I will get that sent out on expedited delivery and refund your order and shipping as you haven't enjoyed the service that we normally give and we don't like to see that.
