“3 times I ask them if EU VAT is paid. 3 times they write that shipping is free. Completely useless copy paste robots describes best their customer service.
Then: 3 times I asked to cancel and refund. The first time was done within 30 minutes of placing the order. Still no response that has anything to do with what I asked.
