“Ordered the recumbent vr19 bike. When it came there was a fault with the bike the handle that moves the seat up.and down was not working. I contacted Nordictrak who advised me an engineer would be in touch. An engineer text me about a week later to come the next day which was too short notice. Since then a month has passed and nothing after numerous complaints to nordictrack and promises of an engineer and referring my case to a manager have Still heard nothing left with a defective bike and £500 worth of finance. Nordictrack also refused to take the bike back because they had already initiated an engineer visit which has never happened. Customer service from nordictrack very poor would think twice about buying goods from them.”
