“I bought a gift for my husband but it was the wrong product. I contacted this company within the time limit regarding exchange/refund but due to problem with email I was outside their 30 day limit. I only want an exchange but they have point blank refused! I would never recommend them, their customer service is beyond bad and in this day and age there are so many amazing companies who know how to sell online. Go elsewhere.”
