“Repair was not carried out as you sent an electrician who was not registered to make repairs to my gas cooker. However your engineer Adnan was very helpful and polite and advised me regarding the changes that I had already decided to make.”

“Service was excellent. Extremely rapid (SAME DAY) delivery and installation of a dish washer. Would highly recommend this company for any appliance problems. This was the 2nd time in a month we have had to use them and both times they were great.”

“Engineer was not able to repair as you don’t deal with this specific kind of fridge even though I specified on order form that it is an F&P under counter integrated fridge. So very disappointed and your website should be clearer that you are very specific about what you can / can’t repair.”

“Extraordinarily rude operative. He was not interested in hearing what the problem was on the phone. All he kept saying was £80 diagnostic plus parts phone if your interested and hung up. Third rate company...STAY AWAY.”
