“On-time visit, prompt fault diagnosis and repair. friendly and courteous and all on a friday night. This is the second time I have used North London Repair and with service like this will become my emergency go-to-team whenever household items stop working.”

“Fast and efficient service, kept me informed. Friendly engineer, who clearly knew what he was doing arrived promptly an completed the repair within 30 minutes, new fan and element for my cooker. Although it wasn't cheap. Felt worth it because of the one year guarantee.”

“I requested someone come fix three problems with my smeg dual fuel cooker and oven. They sent an engineer who ‘didn’t do gas’, he did a fine job fixing my oven but wasn’t able to do anything with the hob as he wasn’t gas certified, he told me the rings just needed cleaning which I have done and it hasn’t fixed the problem. I also requested some spare parts for the hob which he didn’t have. So one out of three problems were fixed and I have another call out charge if I want it done properly. How annoying.”

“Showed up when they said they would, exceptionally professional, and when part of the repair did not work as intended, they promptly came back and fixed it with no additional charge. Would definitely use them again.”

“Your oven repair man has just left after a gruelling time with my Smeg oven. He arrived when you said he would and it is now repaired ready for Christmas. He was kind, polite and very knowledgable and efficient. His name is Andreas and I can't praise him enough. You have a wonderful person working for you. I wish your company a happy Xmas and a good year to come. I will mention your excellent service to all my friends and family.”

“Arrived within 24 hrs to fix our 15 year old Mercury oven. Polite, efficient and quick. Cheaper than the last firm we used too. The turkey is back on the menu”

“Called for repair and SAM answers and promises to call back but doesn't. SAM sounds a little docile and not all there. Subsequent calls are treated in a similar fashion. Sometime SAM would ask you to hold the line and doesn't come back so clocking up call charges whilst you wait. This went for a week and I eventually gave up.”

“Don't use these guys - engineer was booked but wouldn't come to E14 from Finsbury Park, and was rude when I queried it, and ruder when the guy on the helpdesk made him ring back. Only gets 2* because the booking process and helpdesk chap were good.”

“A tremendous Engineer arrived who knew exactly what to do. 12 minutes later he had completed the repair on our Neff dishwasher, which operates night and day, charged me £84 and left. Very polite.”
