“The engineer called to fix a leaking washing machine. He told me he had fixed a leaking pipe but the leak continued after he left. When he came back the second time he told me it's likely to be the drum and it would be best for me to get a new machine. I insisted he diagnose it, and again told me it definitely wasn't the seal or any other replaceable part. Whilst the machine was open I spotted a tear in the inlet tube which when I pointed out to him he claimed not to have spotted. After claiming he would return to fix the machine he phoned me to tell me they didn't have the spare part (I had to find the part online myself) and then didn't turn up on 2 different occasions when he was supposed to. Furthermore he left dirty handmarks everywhere in the kitchen and knocked the kick board into the wall causing a mark on the paint. No pride in their work, very unprofessional and frustrating experience. Don't waste your money on them.”

“Excellent service, the engineer arrived in time within a two hour time slot, was quick, efficient and informative. Very good value for money too. Also I had to change my initial appointment to another time and they did this quickly with no quibbles.”

“Utterly pathetic. Waste of £60. The repair man arrived on time, spent no more than 10 seconds looking at the freezer and told me to defrost for 24hrs and use a hairdryer to aid in defrosting. He made no attempt to identify the faulty part and changed £60 for his "service". When I asked what was the problem, he said the problem could be due to two parts and would be better to get new appliance than repair. I would have been better off throwing £60 in the bin.”

“Installer was aggressive towards my tenant, threatened her by saying 'if your landlord doesn't pay I'm come back here', with no provocation other than his company had failed to inform me of their requirement for on the day payment. Workmanship to install an extractor hood was also poor and so many dirty hand marks put on the freshly painted walls that the wall needed to be repainted. At no time did the company offer any apology.”

“They do not confirm appointments as claimed. The quote online was disputed by the man who came to repair Communication between repairer and office bad Promise that if they did not have the part they would not charge until repaired was not kept to It took 3 visits before my problem was solved”

“I can't write enough good things about this service. I called in the morning earlier this week looking for someone who could repair my dishwasher. It was rather urgent as it kept flooding. I was amazed when I was told someone could come that same day to fix it. There was a two-hour window from 10-12 and Andries arrived a little after 10am. It's rare that someone coming to do a repair shows up on time, not to mention at the beginning of the time window. Andries quickly realized what the problem was, fixed it and then fixed a problem with the outer panel attached to the dishwasher door. I didn't even ask him to do this. I asked him if he could help with the freezer door on my refrigerator. He showed me which part to order, which I have, and today I phoned back to book him to come back and repair this. Both repairs are included in the price I paid earlier this week. Brilliant!”
