“delivery took too long”

Hello Gary, Thank you for your feedback. We completely understand how important fast delivery is. Your order was shipped within 3 business days of purchase. Once it leaves our facility, delivery timelines are handled by the postal service and unfortunately are outside of our control. In this case, transit from Ripley, MS to Crosby, TX took 6 days.
